Challenge
The web is an ever-changing environment. New techniques, tools and challenges emerge almost daily. It is fluid and unpredictable. It’s nearly impossible to apply the typical business strategy model to the web. Because of this, a different type of strategy is required.

This approach does attempt to predict the entire landscape over the long term but instead captures ideas, insights, and possible initiatives that will help the business, stakeholders and employees achieve broader goals. The ultimate goal is to create a capable, nimble and well-equipped team that adapts to this fast paced environment.
Mission:
Deliver a customer-focused, engaging and seamless end-to-end online experience. Make it radically simple to explore, try, buy and share Citrix products and solutions, regardless of site or device.
Activities:
15 + Stakeholder & Team Interviews. 2 Customer Committee Interviews. 1 Alignment Workshop.
Result:
Web initiative project ideation and prioritization resulting in over 5 net-new experiences added to the Citrix Mobility Apps web marketing ecosystem.
